This problem started fro...If your machine is a SP-125T, check the voltage selector switch. A bad switch will kill both weld power and wire feed. A bad switch will also prevent power from getting to the rectifier. A bad rectifier will take out both weld and wire feed in either an SP-125T or an SP-125-PLUS. It could possibly be that you liner is kinked from being coiled too tightly. Another thing to try first is when you are welding is keep the cable to the gun straight as possible.
